    Jamie is a seasoned restaurateur with an impressive track record, having led renowned establishments and excelled in various roles, including chef, server, owner, and currently as the general manager of Brass Elk Brewing. With a wealth of experience, Jamie brings valuable expertise to the table every day, serving as the backbone of the entire brewery.

    Chef “Figgy” is a rising talent with diverse experience in the restaurant industry. With experience in event execution, fine dining, & everything in between, he is sure to wow you with his staple menu items and creative features!

    Justin joins us with a genuine heart for hospitality. He’s the first to jump in and help his staff excel for our guests. He’s the brains behind some of our most fun concepts and ideas, and he can always be seen buzzing around the dining room making sure everyone is having a great time!

    Laurel, the empress heir to the LaSalle Hospitality Group, acquired Brass Elk as an opportunity to broaden her restaurant expertise and establish her own venture.
